Responsible

  1. Assist the division leaders in completing the wealth management business process and service system construction;
  2. Assist the division leaders in completing the formulation of business management system and developmental planning;
  3. Provide professional guidance and help the business managers to conduct the client marketing work;
  4. Prepare and compile the innovative design and data about the fund products;
  5. Organize and plan the internal trainings, and timely give professional guidance on the micro aspects and market trends;
  6. Conduct trainings for channel personnel in charge of fund products and proposed projects;
  7. Deliver roadshow and explanation for fundraising clients;
  8. Finish other jobs instructed by leaders.

Requirements

  1. Master degree or above major in banking, economics, finance, real estate, law or relevant majors;
  2. At least 3-year working experience in banking, securities, trust, private equity investment and third-party financial management as an investment consultant or product manager; at least 2-year working experience in real estate finance and relevant majors;
  3. Outstanding professional quality and comprehensive ability;
  4. Outstanding abilities of innovation, expression, coordination and organization;
  5. Good teamwork spirit;
  6. Abilities of management and communication;
  7. Mature, prudent, serious and responsible, and strong anti-pressure ability;
  8. Education and age requirements can be lower for persons who are under 35 years old and have excellent industrial background, qualifications and record of service and expertise.
Risk Control and Legal Affairs Management Risk Control and Legal Affairs Division View

Responsible

  1. Complete the risk management and legal affairs related to the company investment business assigned by the division head;
  2. Put forward advices and suggestions for the legitimacy and compliance of company operation and carry out the research and analysis on the industrial laws, regulations and national policies;
  3. Take charge of due diligence investigation on the company investment business and put forward advices and suggestions on the transaction structure from the perspective of risk control;
  4. Provide supports to the company businesses and divisions and take charge of contract drafting and reviewing; legal consulting and risk supervision and control;
  5. Other matters assigned by the division head;

Requirements

  1. Generally master degree major in law, or finance, investment and risk management from notable colleges, bachelor degree is eligible for the experienced and excellent;
  2. Have the Legal Professional Qualification Certificate and Lawyers’ Practice Qualification Certificate for legal major, preferable for combined finance and investment majors;
  3. At least 5-year working experience in the financial institutions, law offices, private equity funds or venture investment fund risk management and legal affairs management, with profound acknowledgement on the risk management work;
  4. Excellent communication and expression abilities;
  5. Good teamwork spirit and self-adjusted and learning abilities;
  6. Mature, prudent and unwavering;
  7. Proficient in English.

 

Vice President (VP) Investment Banking Division View

Responsible

  1. Able to independently select and evaluate the proposed projects, organize due diligence investigation, economic analysis and schematic design implementation, organize and arrange business negotiations and supervise the completion of transactions;
  2. Discover business opportunities and try to obtain detailed information;
  3. Coordinate and communicate with relevant intermediate institutions and departments, and ensure smooth implementation of objectives as schedule;
  4. Organize the due diligence investigation on various projects, cash flow forecast and investment recovery;
  5. Take charge of matters related to design of transaction structures;
  6. Coordinate and communicate with intermediate institutions and preliminarily review schemes;
  7. Organize and implement the investment recovery, asset preservation or transfer;
  8. Take charge of study and design on relevant innovative products.

Requirements

  1. Master degree or above major in finance, investment, law, real estate and economics;
  2. Working experience in the investment banking, trust, fund and PE investment and familiar with various financial products;
  3. At least 5-year working experience in the real estate investment, planning, evaluation and consulting, preferable for owning abundant client and business resources;
  4. Age under 32, or 35 for the excellent.
Senior Associate (SA) Investment Banking Division View

Responsible

  1. Organize and execute specific work related to due diligence investigation;
  2. Able to complete the preparation of project economic budget and feasibility reports;
  3. Assist in drafting, modifying and finishing relevant project documents;
  4. Take charge of storage and collation of project files;
  5. Take charge of tracking and collation of daily policies on the industry, finance, real estate, securities and insurance.

Requirements

  1. Master degree or above major in finance and economics;
  2. At least 2-year working experience in the real estate, investment and investment banking, have basic legal knowledge and ability to prepare project feasibility study reports;
  3. Have basic professional knowledge about real estate, securities, insurance and trust with good abilities of news collection; wording expression and computer application;
  4. Good communication skills and ability to make immediate response and bear strong pressure from work;
  5. Age under 30
Senior Associate (SA) Asset Management Division View

Responsible

  1. Establish and improve the asset management system, working flow and regulations and organize the implementation;
  2. Take charge of or participate in the execution of post-investment management and fund withdrawal from the funded projects;
  3. Participate in the preliminary investment decision-making and investment execution and put forward professional asset management advices and suggestions for project investment and financing schemes and relevant execution work;
  4. Study out the relevant information and report about the funds and invested projects and disclose to relevant institutions according to the asset management system;
  5. Expand the outward investment fund asset management and cooperation business.

 

Requirements

  1. Bachelor degree or above major in finance, banking, economics, real estate or relevant majors;
  2. Have professional financial knowledge and analysis skills and grasp real estate financial expertise and skills;
  3. Excellent writing ability for finance and economics, such as an investment plan;
  4. Expert in the investment banking knowledge and skills concerning the real estate finance and merger and acquisition, capital operation, etc.;
  5. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability;
  6. Outstanding teamwork spirit, communication skill and coordinating and organizational ability;
  7. Able to bear strong working pressure with strong sense of responsibility;
  8. Preferable for having experience in the real estate fund and asset management and successful project management.
